Entry for the 12th:
Extreme Makeover of all of my procrastination begins today...

First day was rather successful. Worked out from 6-8 am, and did 30 mins of walking/running on treadmill, 30 mins of elliptical, and weights (biceps and lateral raises), and 100 crunches.

Food has been very good too. Got my scrambled egg whites/veggies/meatless crumbles/cheese in the morning. Some almonds on the way to work. Dinner was a veggie patty and 2 slices of cheese, and some more almonds. Later snack was a laughing cow cheese wedge and some more almonds!!

Water intake was over 2L. Restarted my multivitamins. Work has been mostly on a roll all day, and my resolution to stick to a do-able schedule in the day is coming along well...

Am a little behind my sleep deadline (supposedly 11 pm, but it's already nearly 1 am, and am still workign on my work deadline, so will have to suck it up!)...

Was able to get some downtime too and went to a local jazz bar this evening and chilled with some friends. Drank a diet pepsi and refrained from alcohol or eating out.

Mostly a good start. Not perfect. Tomorrow, I'll do better to add in my evening workout, and stick to better time-schedules.

hmmm...if you're behind on your deadline, what are you doing on FS, journaling like you have time to be goofing off, huh missy?? hee hee! And as for perfect, you came alot closer to it than I did today! hugs to ya!

Sounds like a very in-control day to me! Good for you! Diet Pepsi at the jazz bar? That's control! Double good for you!

Got your work out in and it was even in the morning, congrats! I've slacked on my vits the last few days, thanks for the reminder. I wish I had your dedication and lack of procrastination when it comes to getting work done!
