This is gonna be a real quick hit-and-dash. Been rather busy lately, but things are on track. Weight is progressing downward in a beautiful trend. The body seems to be responding to this increased running..I'm going to take this one day at a time, and any 2-3 days of plateau would be taken to mean I need to work myself harder, and up the ante on the working out in some way.

Am sooo close to the 140s! 1.5 pds away! A range I haven't seen in god-knows how long!!

Today's meals:
kashi go lean cereal and soy milk (3 pts; 22 g carbs)
Lunch: homemade lentil soup (1 pt; 10 g of carbs)
Snacks: almonds (5 pts; 4-5 carbs)
1 veggie patty (2 pts)
Dinner: 2nd veggie patty (2 pts) and a salad (0 pts)

Total: 13 pts

I have lowered the points quite dramatically, which goes against popular beliefs. But need to see if the myth about eating more calories when you're working out more--and not going under the pts range--is indeed a myth and needs to be debunked (or to at least figure out what works for ME!)

Water intake has been good. Need to still do my exercise, but I have no doubt I will--in an hour or so.

I'm happy that you're on a losing streak... but who said needing more fuel when you're working out is a myth? Just curious. I'm worried that you're going under your minimum points. Everything I've read says if you're going too low in calories you risk losing muscle along with the fat. Not trying to be a buzz kill! Just worried about you!

First...congrats on the 151! You are soooo close to the 140's wooo hooooo!!!! I've heard that same thing amryk. Your body needs to feed off of something, and if its not food...it initially goes for the fat..but then goes for the muscle. Plus you need to at least eat your minimum points, otherwise you will start to see the adverse reaction, and your body will plateau because it thinks its starving itself. I went through that phase once....and eventually I went back to the straight and narrow of WW's and got back on track. Be good to your body =)

Great job on the loss! Yeah!!! I'm glad that all your hard work is being realized. Not familiar w/WW point system. In my opinion, one day of eating low calories may be okay, but more than that you body may go into starvation mode. Please be careful, my friend. You were probably so busy you forgot to eat. Dont forget today! ((HUGS))
