Week one without recording and the scale is the same as always! :) I have never had problems maintaining my weight but have had to work to take it off. I was the size I am now I was as a teen and young adult. I did not get any bigger until I continued to have kids back to back. Then I would always lose half of it (down to usually 145-150) but always got pregnant again. I also think my biggest reason for regaining the 15 I lost from having the 4th kid is I was going through post-partum depression and I had quit smoking 6 months prior. That is why my biggest pregnant and non-pregnant weight was 190. So I am really happy to also say that I feel great and I like being able to eat without thinking about quantity. So week one was successful. I will keep reporting back for a while after the weeks end to let you know. I might have put up the food scale but I definitely didn't put away my other scale so I will continue to be aware of the changes in my weight.

Onto my favorite part now. MY KIDS! We had another tournament this weekend the two oldest lost all their matches but are always continuing to improve. My oldest boy over thinks it and my daughter says she doesn't want to do it next year. She wants to be a ballerina instead. :D. My boy Seth got 2nd again! I was so proud of him on his 2nd match too. The other kid twisted his arm behind his back and hurt him so he started crying a lot. But instead of throwing in the towel he didn't give up and gave his all through the whole match and won. The second the ref raised his arm to show he won he smiled right through those tears. I am so proud of him for not giving up! :)

Other then that just my usual crazy church stuff every week. I am so thankful for all the kids that continue to come to church every week. They make it all worth it. Today we did the Parable of the Sower and I really feel like the kids got a lot out of the lesson. I can't believe how lucky I am to have the best jobs in the world. I get to be a mom to 5 wonderful kids and I get the privilege to be a Sunday School teacher. How awesome is that. :)

So great to hear the first week of not logging went well! You are kicking butt. Tournament sounds like it was a fun time. Ballerina or wrestling.. quite a difference there hahah!

I knew you could record and still maintain your weight loss! Great job!! I think every girl wants to be a ballerina at some point in their childhood, they are just so fit and graceful! I'm glad you and your children are doing wonderful. :)
