Today is the day my people.... CRUISE DAY!!

I got to my 2012 goal (if u ignore the .6 lb lol)... I'm very happy!

In the last month of work I lost 20.6 lbs.. Lowest weight in 2 years.
My fiancé lost 20 also... Crazy!!!

@ bmmcrary absolutely.. Probably the easiest approach I have ever tried... No starvation... Just eating better!
