I learned you can eat or drink just about anything in moderation, just remember your
daily calorie intake allowance which I also learned can be increased with any excercise that burns calories. Also please don't eat if you are not hungry, its called fasting.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
