Day 16 i believe in my "get right for my vk" countdown. Officially 2 weeks of being back on point and i'm down 13 lbs.

Stats:
1.6 lbs away from my low for 2012
3.4 lbs away from my little goal to be back into the 160s (ticker goal)
8.2 lbs away from my goal for the year (165)

16 full days till my cruise. Honestly i can say i'm really shocked at all i've accomplished since Aug 20th. i was so disheartened from my stall the last few months (and my inevitable gain) that i expected little. I've been switching up my approach a little.

Bottom line, when i was starting in my weight loss journey, counting calories was vital. And while i still do and plan to continue counting calories, its no longer enough. A calorie isn't just a calorie anymore. Sneaking in sweets and sugars and carbs as long as they fall into my RDI was the cause of my stall, i'm sure of it. I starting allowing for more junk as long as i tracked and logged it.

I have no intention of starting atkins or any type of overly restrictive diet (to each his own), i just want to focus on eliminating white processed foods and sugars by way of candies and just junk food period.

On to another week in my journey :)
