I just ate a 3 oz plum. How can something so low in calories and so small contain so many carbs. Over 3 carbs per oz??? God's garden sure has a warped sense of humor. But it sure tasted good!

most fruits are higher in the carb department. I was looking up some berries and some are a little more friendly for the keto diet, you have to weigh them to keep on track but that might be a better alternative.

I'm not doing keto but still trying to keep my carbs within reason. Average of 50 to 70 per day works well for me. I don't eat fruit every day but these plums looked so good at the farmer's market last weekend that I bought some. I love berries but by the time I got there (got there late) the only berries that were left were not in prime shape. Learned my lesson and will get there earlier next weekend. Luckily I won't have to eat all eight if them by myself, hubby likes them too.

ah, you were concerned with the carbs I thought you were doing keto.
when I test for fruit I will try to find some with more fiber, like an avocado. I have not researched fruit yet.
