Breakfast - cream of wheat, 2 cups coffee
Lunch - salad, or a grilled chicken sandwich
Dinner - some type of grilled seafood or any kind of meat, and vegies sometimes a small amount of rice.

I drink water all day and at night I do like to have some red wine.

I exercise 5 to 6 days a week. 45 min on the treadmill and some weight training.
