Unfortunately, I don't know what any of that means, but it seems like you are getting things done Jimmiepop!

Well done - I'm on 71 hours - but I'm going to be eating tomorrow as we're going out for a meal. I'll start again either Sunday or Monday - depending on whether I eat any carbs tomorrow.

I don't understand the fasting fad but good luck to you. I couldn't do it. We each have to find what works for us. Me 1200 calories a day low sodium 1500 and low carbs. I hope your sucessful.

Look at that! Time to change up your goal!

@Maewest1213 - Fasting has been around for all of human history. Eating a meal each day is a relatively recent (last 3k years) phenomenon :)

Me, fasting, keto, extra sodium. 40 kilos down, reversed diabetes type 2, helping chronic fatigue syndrome and other illnesses. I've tried all the others - last week I ate lots of leafy green veg - put weight on and blood sugar went up. Just not healthy for me.

@Mae I hear you and absolutely agree, fasting is definitely not for everyone. That said, please know that you absolutely COULD do it. We all can. Good luck to you!

@crash No change. It's still all about the mirror/waist. Given my ongoing failure to predict at what scale weight my waist will finally concede defeat, I'm not fussing with scale goals any more.

@mini I am surprised by your adverse reaction to the leafy veggies, especially the BG spike. Def counterintuitive.

Yes but if I can't sleep I have a strong black coffee and go out like a light - I think I am a bit counterintuitive.
