Loaded up on 60g of carbs and a super 911 from java hu-do (large coffee with 2 shots of espresso) with a rockstar on standby. Let's tear some trails up! Hope you guys all have a great dinner and a great workout tonight!

I did! 4 mile run + over 10 miles on a stationary bike. If I go swim in my bathtub think it counts as a triathlon?

Holy cow! I can't drink rockstars. They make me all jittery. Just coffee for me thanks. Hope you had a good run. My workout was cleaning house band cooking dinner last night :) haha. Maybe I'll get in some burpees today.
