Cruise is in 13 days... its the weekend which are always hard on me, my best friend stays over and we usually drink lots of wine. This weekend I will try very hard to be good. I have 19 pounds to go and I am toning as I go along. I hope to loose another 7-9 by the time the cruise gets here. Will go for a run today in this raining weather, come back do house work and then help my hubby cook for our friends. By the way had salmon pan seared last night tasted delish, good for you and not alot of Cals.
