Day 10 of Daniel 21 day fast (no meat or alcohol) and juicing for breakfast and recording everything. Every night I've been really cold, but it's over 100 degrees outside. No weight loss but I feel fine. Praying for a change and that I get healthy and don't run to food to solve problems.
