This press up challenge hasn’t gone quite according to plan given all the other exercise that I am currently doing.
The plan was initially to do 100 press-ups each day for 30 days consecutively. If I fall short of that count I reset the calendar to day one- keep going till the challenge is completed.
What I found initially was that I could do a couple or three days on the bounce but by the fourth I was having soreness that gave me enough excuse to sack it off after the fourth or fifth set (say 60 press-ups total). Sets of 10 or 12 press-ups seem to suit me best, and graining in the habit is important to me as this is something that I definitely want to accomplish and see the results from
