This weight loss journey has been unlike any other attempts that I've made to lose weight. Counting calories, tracking foods, etc., didn't work for me in the past. So this time, I took a different approach. I don't track calories, although I probably keep a mental note of them in my head... I just completely changed my eating habits, being mindful of fat and sugar intake. If someone had told me almost three months ago that in this amount of time I'd lose 21 lbs., I never would've believed them. Sometimes it's not easy, but I also don't deprive myself. I usually have one day a week that I'll enjoy a meal out, making adjustments to limit fat content, if possible.
