Ahhh... back from a week long gorgeous beach vacation, indulged in fantastic food (not too unhealthy but quite a lot!) no exercise except for playing in the waves... sealed off with a fantastic birthday for me. The +1 lb was well worth for!

Now back to work, back to watching those darn carbs and start running to target 5K in a month. If I could only fit in the too long bikram sessions, I will be happier.

Life is good.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
