어제 너무 정신놓고 야식을 먹었다😢
그래도 유산소 1시간, 근력도 20분 정도? 했다.
근육이 좀 붙은 것 같아서 기분은 좋다.
129.9 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
