Super frustrated. I felt better this morning, but the scale indicated otherwise. I've been doing cardio everyday and have had a pretty strict diet for 2.5 weeks so I am at a loss as to why I am not seeing the scale drop more significantly.
122.4 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
