Well, I have "Unofficially" lost around 4 lbs since Sunday evening. I will get the "Official" weigh-in on Monday. Hope it stays the same or better yet, GO LOWER!! Thanks to Missy, Dave, and Diana for all their support for the "How to's", "How Do's", and the "What if's" questions. Also give thanks to the wife, Tracey, and the kids for putting up with me with the "Attitude Changes" LOL
