had been camping pas week, this weekend was rough on me with food, gave into potatoes, chips an few other stuff, makes me feel really guilty when I do not eat rightm but then I just try get over it and get back into my routine. ive hit plato im not losen any weight past several months, im getting discourage about and depress but try get positive an move forward, its hard, I just want give up sometimes and just settle on what I weight now, but down deep I know I could be doing more
