I weighed in this morning and I’m 7.6 lbs down since April 3 when I started this journey on the Keto diet. I know it doesn’t seem like a lot, but I have been very diligent about everything and I’m happy with it!! 😀
229.0 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
