I experienced a renewed interest in exercise yesterday and had (I think) a genuinely good workout. I did day 1 of couch to 5k, started following along with a 30 day ab workout, and did several arm machines.

I work a long day today so I’m not sure if I will want to hit the gym after but I at least need to follow along with my ab workout at home.
160.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
