now I'm just going to try to maintain my weight around 225. then cut weight for a specific tournament. add muscle at this weight also.
221.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
