Hello There Journal!
I know its been a while since I have logged in here, however, there have been only positive changes towards my ultimate goal i.e - 176 Pounds / 8% Body Fat.
These are my latest Stats recorded on 28th of June, 2012
Weight - 73.1kgs Body Fat - 18.1% Water - 56.1% BMR - 1708 Calories Internal Age - 21 Bone Mass - 3.1kgs Muscle Mass - 56.8kgs Visceral Fat - 8
Looking back from the 1st Day that I recorded my stats, I have made huge strides on the following :
Reduced 4.7kgs Reduced 8.3% Body Fat Gained 2.5kgs of Lean Muscle Gained 20 Years of my life back
I have been working very hard. Working out 6 days a week, eating 5-6 meals a day; Doing my cardio, taking the right supplements to further my growth and progress. I feel fantastic, better than I have felt physically in a long time. Off Ciggs, D's, Alcohol. I feel great.

By August 28th, you want to be at 12% Body Fat. And preferably my weight should be around 72kgs.

NOTHING GREAT WORTH HAVING IN THIS LIFE COMES EASY. IT TAKES WORK AND DETERMINATION, BUT ITS WORTH IT :)
