Good morning all
Well I'm getting closer to goal slow but sure. I started this journey at 228 pounds. Wish I would have reset my starting weight. But I left it at 212 from befor. I feel great in pant size that wore in 10th grade 31 in. Waist. Shirt size L and they are getting baggy better then the XXL I was wearimg. I still have a goal of 165 hard to lose now but anything is better then gaining.
