I started the Kimkins diet on June 9, 2007. My starting weight was 269. As of today my current weight is 236, 33 pound weight loss.

How did you accomplish this? I started back in June and strickly ate nothing but chicken and eggs and only accoplished to lose about 1-2 lbs per week, while others like yourself were losing up to 7 a week.

I am doing the plain Kimkins not the ke plan. I have the 3 cups of veggies everyday and I only eat 10oz of meat a day. I drink a lot of water. Diet Soda has a tendency to cause weight stalls so I limit myself to one soda a day. I keep a fitday account and log in my foods to keep track of the number grams of carbs, & fat. Limit of these should be 20 grams each a day for best weight loss. Have you tried egg beaters, they have less fat grams than eggs. Sorry been gone a lot over that past 3 weeks. I hope this helps.
