It’s my birthday today !!!!! I’ve eaten too much cake ...... even though my mum in law bought me a box of strawberries instead of baking me a cake !!! Had a fab day - here I am in the bottom right corner of the pic with my 14 year old son - couldn’t get my girls to have their pic taken 🤣😂 Back on the straight and narrow tomorrow 😇😇

Thanks Doobrie! Was a good day ...... why can’t 14 year old boys just smile normally ?? We have to have a daft face every time 🤣🤣😂. We’re having dinner out tonight to celebrate but I’m trying to be sensible about it!!! My new idea from tomorrow is to replicate everything I ate this time last year when I was losing so much! So whatever I ate 12th April 2017 I’m eating 12th April 2018 (unless it was a bad day🤣) we’ll see how it goes!! Sarah 🙃 

What an unusual idea, Sarah - I like it! By the way 14 year old girls are just as bad - at least my 14 year old granddaughter is 😂 

I’ve got no hope then Doobrie .... I have 12 and 11 year old daughters .... family albums will go through an interesting phase in a couple of years then 🤣😂 Hmmmm I’m not sure my idea is a good one .... I’m panicking I think !!!! I just thought that all the information food wise is all there in FS for last year and I was losing so nicely that if I replicate it will have the same effect ?? We’ll see... ! Sounds like a great idea to me. Don't panic though - you can be flexible by substituting some items with a similar calorie value. I shall be interested in hearing how you get on. Hope you have a good day too 🤗

So am I! No sadder day for me than his last. I have most of his stuff. 🙋🏻My husband used to hate it! 🤷🏻‍♀️But I hated his hair bands and Kiss so we were even. 🤦🏻‍♀️ 

Awww me too. Had a tribute tattoo on my ribs of a one line lyric from one of my favourite Bowie songs last summer. Big gap since he’s been gone ☹️
