Ok, so I went on vacation last week (Cleveland, Detroit, and Chicago) and am actually pleased to see I only gained 5 lbs. I have to detox now, so I'll probably follow the Daniel's Fast for the next week or so. Could have been much worse! Also still waiting to UTP.
