Haven't exercised for a week but decreased my calorie intake even more and the pounds are still pouring off, oh I'm so happy! I'll be skinny minnie in no time
186.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
