Monday: the cycle has started again! Something has triggered this again. How do I know it's a cycle... Well Friday and part of Saturday the anger, Saturday night the sadness set in. Sunday the sadness continued and I could not stand my own company and therfore wanted no one elses. Today the emptiness and lack of emotion!
Once again this all effects how I feel about myself. I will work on getting my head on straight again.
I hate this illness. :(

Don't know quite what to say. The fact that you know what part of the cycle you are in gives you hope that you can "ride it out." I have no unwarranted or unsolicited advice -- just lots of support & digital hugs!
