This is week 3 of my 10-10-10 project

10 weeks to build up to running 10 km and hopefully to lose 10 kg in the process.

Week 1 - Running 4.4 km
Week 2 - Running 5.2 km
Week 3 - Running 5.6 km
Week 4 - Running 6.0 km
Week 5 - Running 6.4 km
Week 6 - Running 6.8 km
Week 7 - Running 7.2 km
Week 8 - Running 7.6 km
Week 9 - Running 8 km
Week 10 - Running 10 km

Training in the gym 4 times a week for 10 weeks. Each week incrementing a longer run on the treadmill. Also doing a range of strength and flexibility exercises to build up my core body strength.
217.2 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week

I just ran a 10k and used the 10k trainer app. I am so OCD and I need someone to tell me how much to run when. My husband absolutely can't do this.
