Have been having back pains for weeks. Went to a chiropractor and he is working on my degenerating discs and spine out of alignment. The adjustments have made muscles in my stomach and back very painful. Yesterday was the first time I went to work out in the gym. I must greatly reduce the weights I was using and cannot do any of the twisting exercises or those with my hands over my head. Best news is no pains today, so perhaps I am finally on the correct path.
