I'm quite sure I haven't weighed under 220 pounds since 2005. Quite possibly some time before that.

Been using a different, PC based program to track calories/weight/exercise, because that one adjust to your BMR, but I've been updating it meticulously.

My happy face, let me show you it.
219.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 59.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.9 lb a week
