I have not been doing very well losing weight! In fact, I have gained weight! My doctor checked my blood work and said everything is fine as far as that is concerned. As of last night, I was a bit discouraged but at the same time very motivated to change it. I saw a saying that said "Your desire to change must be greater than your desire to stay the same" So last night I has meat and broccoli. Today, I am having cucumbers and grilled chicken! I am debating joining wight watchers mainly because of the accountability. However that gets expensive! Would love for someone here to help in that area and help me get and stay on the right track!

I greatly appreciate all of the advice and encouragement! I am still trying to navigate FatSecret. I think I did pretty well with my eating yesterday. I had a KIND bar for breakfast, 5 or 6 bottles of spring water, cucumbers and grilled chicken with creamy italian dressing for lunch, a KIND bar for mid afternoon, and a sandwich and chips for supper with sugar free crystal lite for supper, and some eggs last night. Any advise on what all i need to be figuring out on this program first and what all I need to be doing on here is much appreciated. I will do better with getting on here more frequently. Time to get busy here at work. Thanks y'all! Have a great healthy day!

Loved Weight Watchers, I think it's worth the money. I stayed with the program for 4 years and when you reach your goal weight you go for free. It kept me motivated and loved going to the meetings to get ideas and support from others.

Just saw a recipe for baked cucumbers chips , going to try this today. You slice the cucumbers and squeeze out the access water , then mix in sea salt , avocado oil, little bit of apple cider and place onto cookie sheet with parchment paper. place into oven at 175 degrees for 3 hours.

There's an app called itrackbites that is basically Weight Watchers points. It's an inexpensive way (I think there's a one time fee of $3.99) to follow the points tracking. Good luck!

I suggest you go Keto! It's the only diet that works for me, keeps me full and satisfied. Honestly, check it out.
