7 months ago i was doing really good at working out then i just stopped big mistake i could of been at my goal weight by now getting married in march i want to be down to 135 im 181 right now so that is 46 pounds i would like to be able to lose 8 pds a month i do work out video just started two days ago so i need to stop fast food soda energy drinks and i need to start running if anybody has any tips that could help me out that would be great if you could share it with me
