I am so excited . I ha e not seen this number in a long time. I'm losing pretty steady now. Gym 2 to 4 times a week . And 20 mins of some thing everyday. Don't get discouraged guys. It's hard . But will be worth it .
151.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
