my son signed us up for family fun night at the ymca. we had a wonderful time! Me and my middle son spent an hour in the weight room and 30 min in cardio. had fun with him. My husband and and the other 2 boys went to the pool. then spent 30 min in the weight room. all had to hit the showers when we left lol. gonna b sore tomorrow. want to go again lol! So glad tomorrow is my lazy day.
