I hate weekends ... routine goes off tend to sneak in treats I hope I can get this under control soon

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 March 2018:

It's very sad and the cold weather doesn't make it easier well it's Monday with a few days b4 long weekend so yeah double trouble

I recommend, preparing your meals for a whole week in different lunch boxes, and then either freezing them or placing them in the fridge. (Might want to decrease the temperature to 2°C) this way you will know that there is food in the fridge that needs to be eaten. I'm currently sitting on a 12% body fat, and I am going to reduce it to 8% within 6 weeks. If you need help, then just give a message. :)
