Well, the losing streak is over for today at least...I didn't lose any pounds...but I didn't gain either! I have started the Couch to 5k plan and am going strong in Week One. I also include nightly walks through the park with my dog Jazz and break it up with incline training and squats, arm weights and swimming.
While I am a little disappointed, realistically I knew I wouldn't and shouldn't have a daily loss...but I sure like seeing those numbers come down!!!
I know in the long run if I stick with the program, I will be successful...and that is what's important! Now off to stretch...my legs are sore today!
