Thank-you all for all the advice! I'm eating good things..no junk, no box or can goods, not eating out..Here's what I eat usually..and I measure my food too..
BREAKFAST:
I drink 1c milk kefir smoothie which has /1c.frozen blueberries 1/2 banana, 1T flax seed, 1 T chia seed & 12 almonds in it.

LUNCH:
Either celery sticks & 1/2 c salsa w/1 hard boiled egg
OR
2C Lettuse w/2T shredded cheddar cheese/1T flax seed & Krafts 2T sun dried tomatoe olive oil dressing

SUPPER:
If we have spagetti or something fattening like that I eat 1C. w/ small salad made of lettus & my dressing

I also drink coffee which is my downfall because I use cream..I use to use Canation Hazel Nut..but it was alot of calories & not good for you so I switched to mixing fat free half n half with reg dairy creamer and I use 2T in my coffee..I drink 2 C for breakfast lunch & supper..
I could cut the coffee creamer but thats pretty much my only luxury..lol
I do think I was losing when I wasent drinking the kefir daily..
Also my needing knee replacements is a biggie..I dont get out much..couldnt walk for more than 30 min anyway..hurts too bad..thats why I workout 3x a wk & use my bike..and to get ready to hopefully have knee surgery before winter..
