Tuesday, march 20 - Day 2 - feeling good. Can tell MCT powder helps my brain. Visited Chiro today - a few disks out and C2 and ribs on both left and right side. Got massage afterwards. She worked on fascia in pecks and all muscle surrounding my shoulders(rotator cuff muscles). She also worked on tightness and knots in neck and shoulders. I can tell I'm going to hurt tomorrow. More Keto flu symptoms in the evening. Aches in joints. Watched Colbert videos on how to best use products. Took some Instant Ketones before bed seemed to help flu symptoms.
