In Ketosis for last three weeks. Last weekend screwed up and over carbed. back on track.
Increase in training intensity, with Monday completing 80 Trap bar squats heading to 100.
201.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
