Well on my way to my first small goal: 150 by April 1st!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1803 kcal Fat: 87.90g | Prot: 77.16g | Carb: 180.29g.   Breakfast: Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Vegetables, Kraft Natural Mozzarella String Cheese. Lunch: Fresh Direct Grilled Chicken Salad. Dinner: Sister Schubert's Dinner Yeast Rolls, Near East Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil Pearled Couscous, Cooked Asparagus (Fat Added in Cooking), Italian Sausage. Snacks/Other: Tostitos 100% White Corn Crispy Round Tortilla Chips, Tortilla Corn Chips, Planters Salted Peanuts (1 oz), Trader Joe's French Macarons, Bananas . more...
