Kelly Callanan's Journal, 15 June 2012

I'm pretty disappointed today being up a bit. The only thing I did different was eat beef, weird. I did a pretty lazy workout yesterday too, could be that too.

dont be. depending on the time of the month us girls retain water and other lovley things. give ur self a break, a pound or so here in there is normal =) keep up the positive additude
