I eat as usual and still gain, lol.
351.6 lb Lost so far: 67.2 lb.    Still to go: 175.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you sure some of it is not water retention sweets? Remember a few weeks ago i gained weight but lost cms. Are you also measuring yourself?

It could actually be. I'm not sure if I'm losing cms because i don't measure myself but i did lose body fat and gained muscle.

I feel the same sometimes...just persevere! A specialist physician told me that my metabolism can take very long to normalize due to my previous history of dieting. Just stay focused.

LCHF is like the silver bullet for healing the body. Needs to be consistent though. You can do it my friend!
