I know that big dropped yesterday was impossible and now way Backup Plus 2 pounds over that today when discouraged but I know I'm losing I'm only eating like 8 900 calories a day I know I'm I know I'm losing my clothes fit better but oh well at number on the scales got to come down
218.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
