Well I'm back after about a few weeks of being absent from FS among other things I dropped just to refocus on myself and while I gained a lot of weight I just feel good right now. So my keto started again today and hope to quickly get back in the game.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
