woot stayed under 3g of sodium today. I feel pretty crappy today. muscles ache and feel tired. I keep forgetting that I need to take 2 days off a week with exercise and I don't. So I feel crappy. So tomorrow is nothing day, except housework and maybe some light walking. maybe. then again I might snuggle on the couch with a good book lol. or binge watch arrow on netflix. I guess we will c.
