From 200-500 kcal low fat low carb high protein diet to 1,000-2,000 kcal keto diet, i’m gaining weight back on.

Maybe I should reduce carb more...

if you’re in a deficit, weight will always be lost. You’re only around 100lbs, don’t decrease your carbs anymore or you’ll just start to feel more and more sluggish the longer the deficit remains along with the the less and less carb intake that happens. Subtract calories as a whole for the week, but keep protein and carbs the same, if it’s a higher fat intake, reduce some fat, that is more calorie dense then carbs & protein and may be leading to the weight gain.
