I heard about this site from a friend. My scale is out of batteries, so I guessed on my weight for now and will correct it later. I have been working a very sedentary job and have not been exercising and my weight has kind of spiraled out of control. I got a really good job and realized what I look like now and am committed to making some changes in my life to get control back.
