Nutty day at work, but I was well behaved until dinner. So hungry I went fast food. Hate to admit it, but there you go. This included a drink with Aspertame, my special nemesis.

Its okay, we all have days like these from time to time. The trick is to not make it into a habit. Easy to say but hard to do ---This was my downfall over the years, traveling for work and constantly on the go. I decided I have to make a change, so I am doing everything I can not to go back to those places.....Will mess my plans up royally. As and FYI ----I'm still learning !!! (haha)
